Martin Wishart has created a fine dining restaurant in Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond side, Awarded a Michelin Star in October 2011.

A core team of senior chefs and waiters fully trained in the Edinburgh restaurant have moved West to recreate a similar experience than the restaurant in Leith. Martin visits his restaurant at Loch Lomond regularly.

The dining room itself has had a complete makeover by Martin Wishart house designer Ian Smith.

The idea has been to create an elegant and stylish, but relaxed and calming environment where guests can feel at ease. Encouraging them to be fully open to the fine dining experience, at the same time enjoying the spectacular mountainside beauty of Loch Lomond.

Lunch and Dinner is served on Saturdays and Sundays but only Dinner from Wednesday to Friday. This allows the team generous preparation time and now Martin, who closely directs the work at Loch Lomond with his head chef Stewart Boyles, sharing ideas and develop new signature creations.
