Then move through to dinner in the luxurious and intimate dining room created by Ian Smith Design to ensure our guests feel part of the Michelin star experience.
Choose the package that would suit best your group (the cook school dining room takes a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10) and let us take care of the rest. Our chefs can prepare three different options for you:
EASY DINING £42.50 per person
Enjoy a glass of Prosecco and an amuse bouche on arrival.
Followed by an exciting and fun cookery demonstration.
Followed by a three course set menu. (there are 2 choices for each course to choose from the week before you dine with us)
Two glasses of matching wine. (Starter and Main course)
Price includes filter coffee and hand made petits fours.
Easy dining can be booked Tuesday to Thursday's only.
SET THREE COURSE A LA CARTE £65.00 per person
Start the evening with a glass of Champagne and canapés.
Followed by an exciting and fun cookery demonstration. (20 Minutes)
Set 3 course à la carte menu selected by Martin Wishart.
The A la Carte Menu can be booked Tuesday to Saturday.
TASTING MENU EXPERIENCE £70.00 per person
Start the evening with a glass of Champagne and canapés.
Followed by an exciting and fun cookery demonstration. (20 Minutes)
Six course tasting menu selected by Martin Wishart.
Tasting Menu experience can be booked Tuesday to Saturday.
All dinners will have a 10% service charged added to the final bill.
