The Honours opened on Thursday 14th July 2011.
Martin Wishart has been working on his new brasserie for the past year.
The new brasserie is located at 58a North Castle street just between George Street and Queen Street.
A fantastic vast menu will be available with over 50 dishes to choose from.
Martin and Cecile wanted to bring to Edinburgh a European Brasserie style restaurant, fantastic surroundings are once again designed by Ian Smith and this will be complemented with great food and service.
Appointed Head Chef Paul Tamburrini and Steven Spear as a restaurant manager will ensure the best of standards on your food and service.
